What time should I arrive
Please arrive by 4:30pm so everyone is seated and ready for the ceremony at 5:00pm.

What should I wear?
The dress code is Black Tie. We politely request that gentlemen wear tuxedos and ladies wear formal floor length gowns. Ladies are also encouraged to embrace colour, so feel free to have some fun with your look!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are named on the invitation.

Are children invited?
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a very special night off!

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at Hubert Estate.

Will there be transport to and from the wedding?
Guests will make their own way to the venue. We recommend arranging your transport home in advance if you’re staying outside of the Yarra Valley.

What time will the wedding finish?
The celebrations will wrap up at 11:30pm.

I have a dietary requirement - what should I do?
Please let us know about any dietary requirements when you RSVP and we’ll make sure our catering team is aware.

I’m travelling from interstate or overseas - where should I fly into?
Melbourne Airport is the closest major airport to the Yarra Valley and is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from Hubert Estate, depending on traffic.

How far is the venue from central Melbourne?
Hubert Estate is approximately 1 hour from central Melbourne, depending on traffic.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We’d love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so we’re kindly asking guests to keep phones and cameras tucked away for this part of the evening. Our photographer will capture all the important moments!

Can I post photos on social media?
Absolutely! We can’t wait to see the day through your eyes.
